The Rising Phoenix Gallery warmly invites artists to submit their work for our upcoming group exhibition, "Glass," a celebration of the brilliance, fragility, and versatility of this extraordinary medium. Whether molten or mosaic, functional or fantastical, we welcome works that highlight the artistic potential of glass in all its forms.

This is a special opportunity for both emerging and established local and regional artists to showcase their creativity in a vibrant and supportive gallery setting. Let your work shine—literally and figuratively—in this unique exhibit dedicated to the beauty of glass.

Submission Details

Theme: Glass
This exhibition explores the diverse expressions of glass as medium and muse. From blown glass and stained glass to lampworking, fusing, casting, and mixed media featuring glass elements—this exhibit honors the tactile, visual, and symbolic qualities of glass art. We invite you to reflect on how glass can shape light, capture color, evoke emotion, and elevate the everyday into the extraordinary.

Eligibility:
Open to local and regional artists of all experience levels. Works must incorporate glass as a primary medium or significant element.

Artist Benefits

• No Submission Fee
   
• Sales Commission: Artists retain 60% of each sale; the gallery retains a 40% commission. Artists are responsible for pricing their work.
   
• Promotion & Exposure: Accepted artists will be featured in gallery promotions across our website, email campaigns, and social media platforms.

Submission Guidelines

1. Download and Complete the Submission Form at www.RisingPhxGallery.com.
    
2. Submit a brief artist bio and a description for each piece.
    
3. Include up to 5 works for consideration.
    
4. Provide 1–3 high-resolution images per piece.
    
   • File naming format: Artist Name, Title of Work, HxWxD in inches
      
     • Example: Jane Doe, Ocean Reflection, 12x8x4
        

Artwork Specifications

Two-Dimensional Wall Art (Glass-Inclusive Works):
All wall art must be ready to hang, with suitable hardware installed. We accept works up to 16 sq. ft. (max 4’x4’) and under 40 lbs. If your work requires special installation, please contact us in advance.

Three-Dimensional / Freestanding Glass Works:
Glass sculptures or mixed-media pieces must not exceed 16 cubic feet (max dimensions: 2’x2’x4’) and should weigh no more than 80 lbs. Limited pedestals are available and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Notes

• All accepted works must be ready for display upon delivery.
   
• Artists are responsible for delivery and pickup of artwork.
   
• Selected works will be announced by email. Due to space limitations, only one work per artist may be selected.
   
• The gallery reserves the right to decline artwork upon delivery if it poses a safety risk.
   
• Insurance: Artwork is insured while on-site at the gallery. Artists are responsible for insuring work during transit.

The Rising Phoenix Gallery is delighted to announce our final group exhibition of the year: “Winter Wonderland.” We invite local and regional artists to share their creative visions of the winter season in a show that celebrates the enchantment, quietude, and beauty of winter through diverse artistic expressions.

Whether your work evokes the peaceful hush of snowfall, the warmth of holiday gatherings, the icy glow of twilight, or the quiet magic of nature at rest, we welcome your interpretation of this evocative time of year. Open to all mediums and styles, this exhibit is a festive and reflective way to close out the gallery season and welcome the holidays with community and creativity.

Let your imagination wander through snow-dusted landscapes, cozy indoor scenes, frosty textures, and seasonal symbols. This exhibit invites interpretations both traditional and abstract—capture the essence of winter in your unique artistic voice. From painting and photography to sculpture and mixed media, we welcome work that celebrates 

the many facets of winter’s charm.

Sculptures and mixed-media pieces are welcome. Works should not exceed 16 cubic feet (maximum 2 ft. x 2 ft. x 4 ft.) and must remain within an 80 lb weight limit. A limited number of pedestals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
